Terms.

The rules for using Heymile, in plain words. By creating a page, you agree to them.

The short version

  • Your page and what's on it are yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
  • Keep it honest and legal: no scams, no impersonation, no hate.
  • Free pages end with a small Heymile footer. Pro can hide it.
  • You can leave any time. We can remove pages that break these rules.
01

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 to make a page.
  • One account, one page. Keep your email address working: it's how you sign in.
  • You're responsible for what happens on your account, so don't share your sign-in links.
02

Your page

You own what you post. You let us store it, show it on your page and turn it into cards and link previews, only to run Heymile. That permission ends when you delete it, apart from copies other people have already shared.

Usernames are first come, first served. We may take back a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is held only to be sold.

03

What's not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you or your visitors are.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, or links that hide where they really go.
  • Pretending to be a person or a brand you aren't.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, or anything that encourages violence or self-harm.
  • Sexually explicit content, and anything that sexualises minors, ever.
  • Other people's work that you don't have the rights to.
  • Made-up milestones meant to mislead people into buying, investing or trusting you. The numbers on your page should be ones you'd stand behind.
  • Spam, and trying to break, overload or scrape Heymile.
04

Reports and removal

Anyone can report a page with the Report link at its bottom. We review reports, and we may hide content, remove a page or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why by email.

05

Free and Pro

Free pages end with a small “Start your own Heymile” footer. It's part of what keeps Free free, so please don't try to hide it. Pro can switch it off.

Pro is in early access and isn't billed yet. Before we ever charge for it, you'll see the price and the terms of payment, and we'll update this page.

Heymile is growing, so features will change. If we take away something you rely on, we'll try to tell you first.

06

Leaving

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and can't be undone; the Privacy page says exactly what goes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
